摘要
根据小型电爆阀中火工品输出压力测试需求,设计了测压系统。针对测压系统存在动态响应不足的问题,采用动态校准及动态补偿方法,改善了测压系统的动态性能。试验结果表明,测压系统的动态性能指标满足要求,可满足小型电爆阀中火工品输出压力测试需要。
According to the pressure testing requirements of the small explosively actuated valve,deflagrable gas output pressure testing system was designed.To solving the insufficient dynamic response of the system,dynamic calibration experiments were carried out and the dynamic compensation method was adopted.The results show that the dynamic properties of the pressure testing system are good,thereby,the system can fulfill the pressure testing requirements of the explosively actuated valve.
