摘要
研究深圳市"禁摩限电"政策的可行性问题.从道路通行能力、交通工具效率、交通需求结构和环境与安全5个方面出发,依次建立Greenshields交通流模型、客运效率模型、线性规划模型、污染物排放分担率和史密德回归方程等模型,综合分析各模型研究结果,得出开展"禁摩限电"活动对深圳市交通、环境等具有明显缓解效果的结论,且针对这5个方面提出了科学合理的方案.
The article has studied the feasibility of the policy of“the ban on motorcycles and the limit on tricycles”in Shenzhen.From the five aspects:traffic capacity,transport efficiency,traffic demand structure,environment and safety,it successively builds up the model of Greenshields traffic flow,the passenger transportation efficiency model,the linear programming model,the pollutant emission share rate model and the Smeed regression equation model.On the comprehensive analysis of the findings of all models,it draws a conclusion that the carrying out of the ban can significantly relieve the pressure of the traffic and environment in Shenzhen.And scientific and reasonable scheme has also been put forward in accordance with the five aspects.
