摘要
目的:观察运用"固本通络"电针法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法:选取收治的DPN患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为电针组和西药组,均为60例。西药组在常规基础治疗上予以α-硫辛酸0.6g/d静脉滴注,电针组则在西药组基础上联合"固本通络"电针法治疗,2个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗后电针组总有效率为91.7%,西药组为78.3%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组神经传导速度(NCV)均较治疗前明显改善,双侧正中神经及腓肠神经的感觉、运动神经传导速度均明显提高,多伦多临床评分显著下降,且电针组优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:"固本通络"电针法联合α-硫辛酸静点对DPN有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture with the theory of“Guben Tongluo”on the diabetes peripheral neuropahty(DPN).Methods:120DPN patients were randomly divided into the electro-acupuncture group(n=60)and the western medication group(n=60).In the western medication group,α-lipoic acid was used;on which basis,the electro-acupuncture group was also applied with“Guben Tongluo”electro-acupuncture therapy.After two sessions of treatment,evaluations of nerve NCV,TCSS,and clinical efficacy were performed in the both groups.Results:The total effective rate was91.7%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than78.3%in the western medication group(P<0.05).NCV was improved and scores of TCSS were significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups,and electro-acupuncture group was much better than the western medication group(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Guben Tongluo”electro-acupuncture therapy combined withα-lipoic acid can achieve better clinical effect on DPN.
