摘要
绿色节能是开关电源、功率变换器的一大发展趋势,如何设计出高效的电源系统,也是电源设计关注重点之一。以3相UPS系统为例,从功率拓扑、半导体器件、磁性元件及辅助电源中的风扇调速等系统角度出发,阐述了功率变换器高效系统设计;同时针对系统进行损耗分类和各类损耗建模,从而导出系统损耗模型;最后,通过对额定电压230 Vac、额定功率50 kW三相UPS的损耗/效率仿真数据与实际UPS损耗/效率测试数据对比,验证了损耗模型的准确性。
The green and energy saving is development trend of switching power supply and power converter.How to design a high efficiency power system is the one focus of power design.This paper expatiates how to design high efficiency power converter system based on power topology,semiconductor,magnetic component and fan speed control for reducing assistant power supply etc.from the system view in three phase UPS.Then,the system loss is decomposed to semiconductor loss,magnetic loss,resistive loss,capacitor loss and assistant power supply loss,every kind of loss model is set up and system loss model is concluded.Finally,system loss and efficiency is simulated in3-phase UPS of230Vac voltage and50kW rated power,and compared with the real test data.The precision and effectiveness of the system loss model are validated.
