摘要
为适应配电网环网化的发展现状以及IEC 61850标准不断发展和扩大的趋势,以及进一步提高配电网小电流接地故障定位算法的鲁棒性和精度,根据环网发生单相接地故障时合环前后零序电流潮流发生改变的特性,提出了环网合环零序电流增量法的小电流故障定位方法。该方法具有占用硬件、通信资源少,无需各个测量点时间同步,无需新增专门设备,以及抗干扰能力强等优点。并给出了符合IEC 61850标准的故障定位基本单元的建模,建立了故障定位基本单元的逻辑节点和逻辑设备,提出了基于IEC 61850标准的配电网小电流接地故障定位系统。
In order to adapt to the development of distribution ring networks and the continuous development and expansion ofIEC61850and further improve the robustness and accuracy of small current grounding fault location algorithm,this paper puts forward a small current fault location method which is called ring network loop closing zero-sequence current increment method based on the characteristic of zero-sequence current flow change before or after loop closing in the case of single-phase earth fault in ring network.This method has the advantages of less hardware,less communication resources and strong anti-interference ability,which needs no synchronization of each measuring point and no new special equipment.This paper also gives the modeling of the basic unit of fault location in accordance with IEC61850standard,which establishes the logic node and logic equipment of the basic unit of fault location.A small current fault location system for distribution networks based on IEC61850is proposed in this paper.
