摘要
货币资金的管理是企业财务管理的重要组成部分,企业的各项经营活动都离不开货币资金。本文通过查阅相关资料并结合案例的形式对企业货币资金管理进行分析,指出实际中货币资金管理存在的不足,分析其原因。最后从管理者意识、管理制度、监督机制、激励机制方面对货币资金管理提出对策,从而解决企业在实际经营中货币资金管理遇到的问题,保证企业在各个环节都能最大程度的高效利用资金。
