摘要
目的提高血必净注射液临床合理使用率。方法随机抽取2015年1月至6月(干预前组)及2016年1月至6月(干预后组)使用血必净注射液的住院病例各30例进行用药合理性分析。结果实施药学干预后,血必净注射液使用指征合理率由39.86%提升至82.13%(P<0.05),单次剂量合理率由64.65%提升至90.05%(P<0.05),疗程合理率由19.73%提升至72.88%(P<0.05),而溶剂使用合理性未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论药师干预提高了血必净注射液在临床的合理使用率,今后应加强医院中药注射剂管理,加强药学干预,提升药师的药学服务效果,进一步促进临床合理用药。
Objective To improve the rational use rate of Xuebijing Injection.Methods Totally30cases of hospitalized patients used Xuebijing Injection from January to June in2015(before intervention)and January to June2016(after intervention)were respectively and randomly selected to analyze the rationality of drug use.Results After pharmaceutical intervention,the rational utilization rate of Xuebijing Injection was raised from39.86%to82.13%(P<0.05),and the rational rate of single dose was raised from64.65%to90.05%(P<0.05),the rational rate of treatment was raised from19.73%to72.88%(P<0.05),but the rational use of solvent did not change significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion The intervention of pharmacists can improve the rational use rate of Xuebijing Injection.In the future,the management of traditional Chinese medicine injection and the pharmaceutical intervention should be strengthened to improve the effect of pharmacists,pharmaceutical care,and in order to further promote the rational drug use in clinic.
