摘要
在高等教育发展新时期,以供给侧改革引领人才队伍建设方向,通过制度机制联动,以人才工程牵引、绩效管理保障和正性文化导向加强人才队伍开创事业的积极性、主动性、创造性,可以不断提升人才队伍在学校教育事业发展实践中的供给效力,为建设高水平应用型大学提供有力的人才、智力支持。
In the new era of the development of higher education,with the reform of supply side as the leading direction,the construction of talent teams is supposed to enhance the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the qualified personnel in the pursuit of their career through motivation by institutional mechanism,guidance by projects for talents development,performance management guarantee and positive culture orientation,and to constantly improve the supply effectiveness of talent teams in the development of school education,thus providing strong intellectual support and competent talents for the construction of high-level applied universities.
