气流对Mg/Ba(NO_3)_2药剂燃烧性能的影响

摘要 为了研究Mg/Ba(NO_3)_2药剂在气流状态下的燃烧光谱分布,利用全波段辐射计在静态和通风状态下对Mg/Ba(NO_3)_2药剂的燃烧光谱进行了测试,得到烟火药剂的燃烧光谱分布图。通过对Mg/Ba(NO_3)_2在静态和通风状态下燃烧光谱的实验分析表明,Mg/Ba(NO_3)_2药剂在静态和通风状态下主要能量辐射光谱范围在620~760 nm间,强辐射峰的位置大致相同;Mg/Ba(NO_3)_2药剂在静态下燃烧时间为14.20 s,壁温是1 298.23℃,通风状态为8.63 s,壁温是593.36℃。通风状态下,Mg/Ba(NO_3)_2药剂主要以强迫对流换热的形式散热,静态下则主要以辐射的形式散热。 The burning spectrums of Mg/Ba(NO3)2compositions are measured with the whole-band radiometer in a state of static and airflow in order to analyze the distribution of burning spectrums in the airflow.The burning spectrum distribution figures of pyrotechnic compositions are obtained.The main energy radiation spectrums of Mg/Ba(NO3)2compositions in a state of static and air flow are in the range of620~760nm,and the position of the strong radiation peak is same.The combustion time of Mg/Ba(NO3)2compositions is14.20s in a state of static,the wall temperature is1298.23℃,and the combustion time is8.63s in a state of airflow,the wall temperature is593.36℃.In a state of airflow,the Mg/Ba(NO3)2compositions are mainly dissipated in the form of forced convective heat transfer,and heat dissipation is mainly in the form of radiation in a state of static.
