摘要
目的:探讨产后综合康复治疗仪结合乳房按摩对剖宫产术后产妇催乳及康复效果。方法:选取2016年6月~2017年6月来本院行剖宫产的产妇126例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组产妇产后未使用任何辅助治疗,观察组采用产后综合康复治疗仪结合乳房按摩措施。观察比较两组产妇产后纯母乳喂养率、排气时间和子宫复旧情况。结果:观察组产妇产后72h纯母乳喂养率为93.65%,显著高于对照组71.43%,差异显著(P<0.05);同时观察组产妇的排气时间比对照组短,24h子宫复旧情况比对照组好,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:产后综合康复治疗仪结合乳房按摩对剖宫产术后产妇纯母乳喂养率有显著提高,而且操作安全、方便、效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with breast massage on lactation and rehabilitation of postpartum women after cesarean section.Methods:A total of126maternal women who underwent caesarean section in our hospital from June2016to June2017were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group did not use any adjuvant therapy after delivery and the observation group adopted postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation Instrument combined with breast massage.Observe and compare the two groups of maternal postpartum exclusive breastfeeding rate,exhaust time and uterine involution.Results:In the observation group,the exclusive breastfeeding rate at72hours postpartum was93.65%,significantly higher than71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the discharge time of the maternal was shorter than that of the control group and24h after uterine involution Group was good,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with breast massage has significantly increased the rate of exclusive breastfeeding of women after cesarean section,and is safe,convenient and effective.It is worth promoting in the maternity ward.
