摘要
本文通过对自然语言技术的研究及开发,利用微信平台搭建了移动通信服务智能化集中的应用程序。通过自然语言处理、机器学习、大数据计算等技术创新手段,重点攻克利用在线机器人识别理解客户问题,及时反馈客户需求。
In this paper,through the research and development of natural language technology,this paper uses the WeChat platform to set up an intelligent and centralized application of mobile communication services.Through natural language processing,machine learning,big data computing and other technological innovations,focusing on the use of online robot recognition to understand customer issues,timely feedback customer needs.
