摘要
"双证"人才培养的概念,伴随着20世纪90年代国家大力推进职业技术教育就已起步,又经几次号召,职业教育界也普遍认可。但职业资格体系和职业教育都在迅速发展变化当中,缺乏稳定性,以2015年人社部废止《招用技术工种从业人员规定》为例,这种变化是好的,但是应对这种变化的动态双证人才培养模式是缺乏的。旨在针对此类问题,以家政专业为例,讨论由下而上,由微观影响宏观的新双证人才培养模式,以为类似专业人才培养提供启迪。
The concept of"double certificate"talents training started in the1990s when our country was vigorously promoting vocational and technical education,and after several times of promotion,it has been generally recognized by the vocational education circles.But the professional qualification system and vocational education are in rapid development and change,lacking stability.For example,in2015,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security abolished"Regulations on Employing Workers Engaged in Technical Work".This change is positive,but there is a lack of a dynamic double-certificate model for talent training to deal with the change.In view of the problem,this paper takes the home economics major as an example to discuss the new double-certificate model for talent training,in order to provide enlightenment for the cultivation of talents in similar majors.
