研究经皮椎间孔脊柱内窥镜下技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效 被引量：6

摘要 目的研究经皮椎间孔脊柱内窥镜下技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法收取本院120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,并随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规手术治疗,观察组患者采用经皮椎间孔脊柱内窥镜下技术治疗,对比两组患者住院时间、JOA肢体功能评分及治疗总有效率和复发率。结果观察组腰椎间盘突出症患者总有效率95.00%高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后住院时间、JOA肢体功能评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组腰椎间盘突出症患者复发率8.33%低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论研究经皮椎间孔脊柱内窥镜下技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有显著效果,能提高患者疗效,缩短住院时间,改善患者JOA肢体功能评分。
