摘要
产教融合对职业教育有重大意义,推进产教融合要以"校企合作"为抓手,从宏观、中观和微观三个层面破解产教融合发展难题。因而,产教融合按照路径的深入发展必然为人才培养模式的改革创造多种条件。最后,按照人人皆可成才的职业教育理念设计适应人人皆可成才需求的"1+N"人才培养模式。
The integration of production and education has great significance to the vocational education.To promote the integration of production and education,college-enterprise cooperation is necessary mainly in macro,meso and micro three aspects.Secondly,the development of the integration of production and education must create many conditions for the reform of the talent cultivation mode.Finally,it is according to the professional education concept everyone can become a talent that the“1+N”talent cultivation model that is designed.
