摘要
目的探讨首发精神分裂症患者的护理对策应用效果。方法从本院2013年5月~2014年5月期间收治的首发精神分裂症患者中选取88例为研究对象,采取数值表法随机分为观察组44例和对照组44例,针对两组患者生活质量和主观感受、抑郁情况分别给予不同的护理对策,对照组予以基础护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合护理,观察两组生活质量评分及主观感受、抑郁情况。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(p<005)。结论针对首发精神分裂症患者实施综合护理,可有效缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高生活质量,利于康复,值得应用。
