摘要
目的研究血液净化室采用综合管理模式对感染事件实施监测和管理的临床效果。方法抽取在本院血液净化室接受治疗的患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组41例。对照组采用常规模式实施感染监测和管理;观察组采用综合管理模式实施感染监测和管理。比较两组患者对血液净化室治疗期间管理模式的满意度、治疗期间感染事件发生例数、血液净化治疗总时间。结果观察组患者对血液净化室治疗期间感染管理模式的满意度达到927%,高于对照组的756%,差异显著(P<005);治疗期间有1例感染事件发生,少于对照组的8例,差异显著(P<005);血液净化治疗总时间短于对照组,组间差异显著(P<005)。结论血液净化室采用综合管理模式对感染事件实施检测和管理,可以有效减少感染事件的发生,缩短治疗时间,提高患者满意。
