摘要
目的对无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法以本院2015年8月~2017年2月期间收治的94例胃肠息肉患者为研究对象,根据随机双盲原则对患者分组,观察组47例,接受无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗;对照组47例,接受普通消化内镜下高频电刀治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果两组患者息肉一次清除率均达100%;相较于对照组患者,观察组患者VAS评分、复发率更低,创面愈合率更高(P<005);此外,观察组患者不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组患者(213%vs2340%,P<005)、临床治疗总满意率显著高于对照组患者(9787%vs6667%,P<005)。结论无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉效果显著、安全可靠,可进一步提升患者临床治疗质量,减少并发症,防止复发,提高患者满意度,推荐使用。
