摘要
试验选用10周龄金定蛋鸭144只,研究在高温环境下(29~35℃)日粮中分别添加酵母硒(以硒量计)0(对照组)、0.15(处理Ⅰ组)、0.45(处理Ⅱ组)和0.75 mg/kg(处理Ⅲ组)对笼养育成蛋鸭(10~16周龄)生长性能和部分血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加酵母硒能显著增加14~16周龄育成鸭的平均日采食量(P<0.05);处理Ⅰ组13~15周龄体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第16周龄体重显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),且与标准体重比较差异不显著(P>0.05),其他3组均极显著低于标准体重(P<0.01);4个组的料重比差异不显著(P>0.05),但以处理Ⅰ组的最低;处理Ⅰ组的谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著低于处理Ⅱ组(P<0.05),3个处理组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且处理Ⅰ组的乳酸脱氢酶活性又显著低于处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清总胆固醇(TCH)浓度显著高于处理Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。综合上述结果,高温环境下,在日粮中添加0.15mg/kg的硒(以酵母硒的形式)可明显改善笼养育成蛋鸭的生长性能,保护肝脏功能,提高育成鸭血清总胆固醇含量。
The study was conducted to determine the effects of different levels of selenium yeast(SeY,added as selenium content)on growth performance and some biochemical indexes in Jinding laying ducks under high temperature(2935℃).144Jinding laying ducks of rearing period(1016weeks old)were divided into4groups,control group,experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,supplemented with0,0.15,0.45and0.75mg/kg Se,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of SeY to the diets could significantly increase the average daily feed intakes(ADFI)of ducks at1416weeks old(P<0.05);The body weights of ducks in groupⅠat1315weeks old were significant higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the body weight at16weeks old was higher than the other three groups significantly(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the body weight and standard body weight at16weeks old in groupⅠ(P>0.05),but the body weights of other three groups were extremely significantly lower than the standard weight(P<0.01);There was no significant difference among the four groups for feed to gain ratios(F/G),while the groupⅠwas the lowest;AST activities of groupⅠwere significantly lower than groupⅡ(P<0.05),LDH activities of groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere lower than the control group significantly(P<0.05),and LDH activities of groupⅠwere lower than groupsⅡandⅢsignificantly(P<0.05).TCH concentrations of groupsⅠandⅡwere higher than groupⅢsignificantly(P<0.05).It is concluded that the addition of0.15mg/kg of Se(added as SeY)could obviously improve the growth performance of the laying ducks in reared cages,protect the function of liver,promote the TCH concentrations of duck serum.
