摘要
为快速检测辣椒和土壤中多菌灵、吡虫啉、毒死蜱、嘧菌酯和甲基硫菌灵5种农药残留提供技术支撑,采用1%乙酸乙腈涡旋震荡提取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和石墨化碳(GCB)分散固相萃取净化后,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)进行检测,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱快速检测辣椒与土壤中的农药残留。结果表明:辣椒中5种农药在加标水平为0.01~1.0mg/kg时,平均回收率为71.4%~109.4%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~7.8%,检出限、定量下限分别为1~6μg/kg和14~48μg/kg。土壤中5种农药在加标水平为0.01~1.0mg/kg时,平均回收率为70.4%~103.1%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~7.8%,检出限、定量下限分别为1~9μg/kg和11~35μg/kg。该方法快速可靠,灵敏度高,可用于辣椒及土壤样品中多菌灵、吡虫啉、毒死蜱、嘧菌酯和甲基硫菌灵5种农药残留的测定。
The pepper and soil samples are extracted and purified by 1% acetic acid-acetonitrile,PSA and GCB,and then pesticide residues in pepper and soil samples are detected by UPLC-MS/MS to provide the technological support for rapid detection of Carbendazim, Thiophanate-Methyl, Azoxystrobin,Imidacloprid and Chlorpyrifos in pepper and soil.Results:The adding level,average recovery rate,relative standard deviation,LOD and LOQ of five pesticides in pepper are 0.01~1.0 mg/kg,71.4% ~109.4%,1.6%~7.8%,1~6μg/kg and 14~48μg/kg respectively.The adding level,average recovery rate,relative standard deviation,LOD and LOQ of five pesticides in soil are 0.01~1.0 mg/kg,70.4%~103.1%,1.5%~7.8%,1~9μg/kg and 11~35μg/kg separately.The detection method with rapidity,reliability and high sensitivity can be used in rapid detection of Carbendazim,Thiophanate-Methyl,Azoxystrobin,Imidacloprid and Chlorpyrifos in pepper and soil.
