青藏高原高寒草甸6种植物茎叶的解剖结构 被引量:1

摘要 为弄清青藏高原植物茎叶结构与环境适应的结构特性,采用常规的石蜡切片方法,观察对比青藏高原高寒草甸的甘肃马先蒿、西藏沙棘、紫苑、细叶亚菊、异叶米口袋和披针叶黄华6种植物茎叶解剖结构。结果表明:6种植物茎的基本结构相似,均由表皮、皮层和维管柱3部分组成,茎中具有较发达的通气组织与基本组织,维管组织排列紧密,且维管组织与基本组织(皮层和髓)的比率相对较大,叶有异面叶和等面叶2种类型,异面叶中栅海比较大。 The stem and leaf anatomical structure of six plants(Pedicularis rudis Maxim,Hippophae thibetana Schlechtend,Aster tataricus L.F,Ajania tenuifolia,Gueldenstaedtia diversifolia Maxim and Thermopsis lanceolata)in alpine meadow of Tibetan Plateau is compared by the conventional paraffin section method to discuss their stem and leaf structure and acclimatization structural characteristics.Results:The basic structure of six plants' stem is similarity and is composed of epidermis,cortex and vascular cylinder all.There are the developed aeration tissue and ground tissue in stem of six plants.The ratio of vascular tissue(cortex)with tight arrangement to ground tissue(marrow)is large relatively.There are two types of bifacial leaf and isobilateral leaf in leaf structure of six plants and the ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue is relatively larger.
