摘要
介绍了光伏电站中功率控制系统AGC(自动发电控制)/AVC(自动电压控制)的组成部分及各部分功能;通过分析实测试验光伏电站并网运行的数据,描述了光伏电站发电系统与电网并网时对系统交换功率和高压输电网的电压质量的影响,对了解掌握AGC/AVC的控制原理及应用具有参考意义。该系统在湖南永州19.8 MW分布式光伏电站中应用,并取得良好效果。
This paper introduces the power control system of PV power station AGC(Automatic Generation Control)/AVC(Automatic Voltage Control)of the component and the function of each part,through the analysis of experimental data of grid connected photovoltaic power station,switching power and high voltage transmission network for the system described PV power generation system with grid connected to the voltage quality influence that is of great significance to understand the control principle and application of AGC/AVC.The application of this system in Hunan Yongzhou19.8MW distributed photovoltaic power station,and achieved good results.
