摘要 Ka波段大功率螺旋线行波管在雷达、电子对抗及通信等电子装备中发挥着日益重要的作用。本文初步设计了一种Ka波段1kW螺旋线脉冲行波管的高频结构。工作电压18.5kV、工作电流380mA,工作带宽6GHz功率1.1kW,电子效率15%,饱和增益40dB。针对大功率螺旋线行波管中极易出现的返波振荡现象,通过合理设计衰减器的大小和位置,螺旋线的尺寸分布,有效地抑制了返波振荡出现的概率。 High power Ka-band helix TWTs are playing increasingly important roles in modern military electronic equipments including radars,electron warfare and communication systems.In this paper,high frequency structure of a Ka-band 1kW helix pulse TWT is designed.The working voltage of the tube is18.5kV,the current is 380 mA,the bandwidth is 6GHz,the electron efficiency is 15%and the saturated gain is 40 dB.Back wave oscillation in high power helix TWTs are effectively suppressed through reasonable design of the size and position of the attenuator,and the size distribution of helix.
