儿童过敏性紫癜与维生素A、D、E水平的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)与血清维生素A、D、E之间的关系,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法选取2016年1~12月第1次诊断为HSP的患儿60例为观察组,并以同期体检的健康儿童60例作为对照组。采用高效液相色谱法检测维生素A、D、E的水平。结果观察组儿童血清维生素A水平明显低于对照组,缺乏率明显高于对照组(t=3.785,P=0.001;χ~2=18.205,P=0.000);观察组儿童血清维生素D水平明显低于对照组,缺乏率明显高于对照组(t=3.287,P=0.001;χ~2=17.251,P=0.000);观察组儿童血清维生素E水平以及缺乏率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.285,P>0.05;χ~2=0.251,P>0.05)。结论过敏性紫癜的发生可能与维生素A、D缺乏有关,补充维生素A、D,对治疗与预后可能有一定的作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)and serum vitamin A,D and E,so as to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment.Methods60children patients who were firstly diagnosed as HSP from January to December2016were selected as the observation group,and another60healthy children who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of vitamin A,D and E were tested by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The level of serum vitamin A in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the deficiency rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=3.785,P=0.001;χ2=18.205,P=0.000).The level of serum vitamin D in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the deficiency rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=3.287,P=0.001;χ2=17.251,P=0.000).There was no statistically significant difference in serum vitamin E level and deficiency rate between the two groups(t=1.285,P>0.05;χ2=0.251,P>0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of HSP may be related to vitamin A and D deficiency.Supplementation of vitamin A and D may play a certain role in the treatment and prognosis of HSP.
