摘要
商业模式创新,是解决当前中小企业面临发展困境的有效途径。文章以中小企业为对象,在构建商业模式创新系统及对三种不同类型中小企业进行商业模式创新类型定位的基础上,重点讨论了适合于挖掘型创新的配套中小企业及适合于调整型创新的市场型、科技型中小企业商业模式创新的路径,同时从新发展的视角,探讨了中小企业互联网+商业模式创新路径,以期为中小企业商业模式创新提供思路。
The innovation of business model is an effective way to solve the current difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.Taking small and medium-sized enterprises as research objects,this paper,based on the construction of business model innovation system and the positioning of business model innovation type for three different types of small and medium-sized enterprises,focuses on the path of business model innovation,which is suitable for the small and medium-sized enterprises of mining innovation,and for the market-oriented,technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,from the new development perspective,this paper discusses"the Internet+business"innovation path of small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to provide ideas for business model innovation for small and medium-sized enterprises.
