摘要
根据某型飞机零件的测试技术要求,设计并制作了一套测控系统,但在现场调试时发现测试信号受到很大干扰。为解决信号干扰问题,分析了干扰来源通过硬件和软件结合的方式进行抗干扰处理。结果表明使用了这一系列措施后,信号干扰得到了有效抑制,测试结果的可信度和系统运行的稳定性得以提高。
According to the requirements of testing a specific aircraft part,this paper designs and produces a set of measurement and control system which is used to solve the problem of signal interference,analyzes the interference sources and then,uses the hardware with the software to reduce the interference.The final result shows that after using this series of measures,the signal interference is effectively suppressed,thus improving the reliability of the test results and the stability of the system.
