LncRNAs在糖尿病神经血管病变中的研究进展

摘要 长非编码核糖核酸(long noncoding RNAs,lncRNAs)是不参与翻译蛋白质的功能性RNA片段。已有不少研究证据表明lncRNAs与糖尿病有着密切联系。该文就lncRNAs在糖尿病神经病变和血管病变中的作用及其机制进行综述,为糖尿病的预防与治疗提供相关的研究依据。 Long noncoding RNA is a functional RNA fragment that is not involved in translation of proteins.Many reports showed that lncRNA was closely related to diabetes.This review summarizes the pathogenesis and the role of lncRNAs in diabetic neuropathy and vascular disease,so as to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of diabetes.
