摘要
水利工程档案作为水利工程建设、管理的真实记录,贯穿于水利工程立项、设计、施工、竣工验收等工程项目建设的全过程。一套完整、准确、系统的工程档案,将在工程运行管理及维护工作中发挥重要作用。就水利工程档案管理普遍存在的问题进行了深入分析,并就加强和改进水利工程档案管理工作提出了相关建议。
Project files run through entire process of proposal,designing,construction and check and acceptance of water project construction as the real record of construction and management.A set of project files which is completed,accurate and systematic will play an important role in operation and maintenance of the project.An in-depth analysis has been made on common issues related to file management of water project and suggestions are made concerning to strengthening and improvement file management during project construction.
