摘要
目前我国汽修行业人才紧缺,而中职学校汽修专业学生素质技能无法满足企业要求。调查分析中职学生背景与汽修行业人才需求情况,结合中职汽修专业教学现状和学校面临的实际问题,提出中职汽修专业学生培养模式的改革措施,以期为培养出汽修行业需要的高技能人才提供参考。
At present it is in short of talents in automobile maintenance industry in our country,while students from automobile maintenance specialty in secondary vocational school cannot meet the need of enterprises.In this paper,after surveying and analyzing the background of students in secondary vocational school and conditions of demand for talents in automobile maintenance industry,it put forward reform measures for students majored in automobile maintenance specialty in secondary vocational school,combined with teaching status of automobile maintenance specialty in secondary vocational school and practical problems faced by school,in order to provide reference for training high-skilled talent needed by automobile maintenance industry.
