流水作业工位预测算法

Bias Classification Algorithm Under Assembly Station

摘要 流水作业方式普遍适用于中国大部分制造企业。其中工位人员的安排是流水作业的一大难题,基于贝叶斯分类,以总完工时间最小化为优化目标,计算瓶颈工位,分类工位人员信息,进一步优化流水作业生产。 The assembly line method is widely used in most manufacturing enterprises in china.The work arrangement is a big problem in assembly line,based on the Bias classification,to minimize the total completion time as the optimization goal,computing bottleneck,classification of station personnel information,and further optimize the production.
