摘要
在房价不段上涨的今天,一栋楼房动辄百万,这对于购房者来说无疑是一个巨大的数字,因此,如何选购性价比高的楼盘作为置业首选,是关系到广大购房者切身利益的问题.本文通过对购房者及社会密切关注的4个方面为主要指标,并基于改进的TOPSIS法对城区关注度较高的5个楼盘进行置业适宜度分析,并给出合理化建议.
In today's prices do not rise segment,a building to spend a million,this is a huge number for buyers,therefore,how to buy real estate as a cost-effective choice for home buyers,the relationship is vital to the majority of buyers The question of interest.In this paper,four aspects of the buyers and the community to pay close attention as the main index,and home-suitability based on improved TOPSIS method for a high degree of attention five urban real estate,and make recommendations to rationalize.
