张力腿平台牺牲阳极阴极保护设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对张力腿平台下浮体的防腐设计,进行阴极保护方面的研究:首先分析了外加电流阴极保护方法和牺牲阳极阴极保护方法的特点,选择后者作为保护措施;然后结合牺牲阳极阴极保护机理,比对国标和DNV等规范提供的相关阴极保护设计方法的异同,选择后者作为设计准则;最后以某张力腿平台为例进行基于DNV RP B401规范的牺牲阳极阴极保护设计。研究表明:牺牲阳极阴极保护技术成熟,DNV RP B401规范设计过程较为周详,能应用于张力腿平台下浮体的阴极保护设计。 This article studies the cathodic protection for the anticorrosion design of the TLP platform.Firstly,the sacrificial anode cathodic protection(SACP)method is selected as protection measure in view of the analysis of the characteristics of the impressed current cathodic protection(ICCP)method and SACP method.Secondly,the relevant cathodic protection design method in DNV code is selected as design criteria by comparison with the design method in GB document based on the SACP principle.Finally,SACP for a TLP platform is designed according to the DNV RP B401.It shows that the reliable SACP technology and the elaborate design procedure in the DNV RP B401can ensure the application of the SACP on the floating body of the TLP platform.
