摘要
建立基于风险的结构安全检测技术,应用于导管架海洋平台结构完整性管理(SIM)的检测规划中。综合考虑平台失效后果与失效概率两方面因素,确定平台风险矩阵,提出基于风险评估等级的平台水下结构检测计划,完善了当前规范中检测时间间隔确定的不足之处。该文以某海洋平台为例,阐明基于风险的水下结构检测技术的应用方法,可为我国海洋平台结构检测计划的制定提供参考。
The structural safety inspection based on risk assessment has been applied in the inspection program of the structural integrity management??SIM??for the jacket platform.Failure consequences and failure probability are both considered for the determination of the risk matrix.It proposes the inspection program for the underwater structure of the platform based on the risk assessment level,and improves the determination of the inspection time interval in the current rules.For a jacket platform,it clarifies the application of the underwater structure inspection technology based on the risk assessment,which can provide reference for the development of the inspection program of the offshore platform structure in China.
