摘要
进一步研究"全球化"和"反全球化"问题的必要性在于:对有关重要问题需要给予科学的理论说明;面对"反全球化"运动中出现的新情况,理论认识需要前进一步。"反全球化"并不是"全球化"的直接对立物,在表面的对立中包含着互补的关系,从而共同构成人类社会第二阶段的历史。现阶段的"全球化"本质上仍然是资本的全球化,但已经进入了一个新的发展阶段。当发达国家出现"逆全球化"趋势时,作为后起之秀的新兴工业化国家有可能成为全球化新阶段的主导力量。新的反全球化思潮有可能延缓全球化的进程,但改变不了全球化的总趋势。在国际市场竞争格局发生变化、"逆全球化"初露锋芒的情况下,中国必须制定正确的战略对策:坚定地利用市场经济形式和全球化趋势发展"资本的生产力";抵制和修正美欧发达国家主导的全球化和反全球化;推进以打造"全球命运共同体"为目标的全球化进程,以"一带一路"为依托建立新的国际经济关系和经济体系。
A further study on globalization and anti-globalization has attached great importance to explaining popular issues following the inevitable trend of globalization.As new situations and problems arising from the anti-globalization movement,we should acquire better understanding of theories of globalization.Anti-globalization is in complementary with globalization rather than being opponent,and both play a fundamental part at the second stage of human society.Despite that the globalization at present stage is capital-driven in nature,it has entered a new stage of development.As anti-globalization arising in many developed countries,newly industrialized countries may become a leading force at the new stage of globalization.The trend of globalization is inevitable despite of obstacles that resulted from anti-globalization movements.China should adopt proper strategies in facing with new competitions of international market and anti-globalization movements.China should actively integrate socialist market economy with opportunities of globalization to enhance its productivity.China should resolutely oppose the erroneous path in globalization and anti-globalization movements dominated by European and American developed countries.We should continuously promote globalization under the goal of building a community of shared destiny,taking the Belt and Road Initiative as a lever of setting up new economic system and international relations.
