高低温烟气旋风蒸发技术处理脱硫废水 被引量:1

摘要 自2013年以来,全国火电厂对厂区废水都要求零排放,其中脱硫废水具有高氨氮、高盐度、高毒性等特点,处理难度大。针对脱硫废水浓液提出了高低温烟气旋风蒸发处理技术,利用压缩空气将浓液雾化成细小液滴,电厂锅炉高低温烟气作为热源,采用旋风蒸发设备,使脱硫废水浓液充分蒸发,实现真正意义上的脱硫废水零排放,为脱硫废水超低排放提供了一条安全可行、工艺简单、能耗和投资成本低的新思路。 Since2013,most of the national power plants have been requested to implement zero discharge of the wastewater within the factories,but the desulfurization wastewater possess ammonia nitrogen,high salinity and high toxicity,so the process is difficult.Based on the desulfurization wastewater dope,the paper puts forward a flue gas whirlwind evaporation treatment technology with high and low temperature.By using compressed air to atomize dope into tiny droplets,and by using flue gas of high and low temperature in the boilers of the power plants as a heat source,the paper adopts the whirlwind evaporation equipment to make the desulfurization wastewater concentration to evaporate completely,and to realize the zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater.This paper provides a new idea of safety and the simple process,low energy consumption and investment costs for the ultra-low discharge of desulfurization wastewater.
