摘要
轻烃回收装置原料干气中存在少量水分和液态烃及碳五,冷干机起到脱除原料中的水分、液态烃及碳五等杂质的作用。长时间运行,造成冷干机本体设备的腐蚀、泄漏导致冷干机工作效果变差。掌握冷干机的原理、改善操作条件,可以及时消除故障、提高冷干机脱除效果,保证设备的长周期运行。
There is a little moisture and liquid hydrocarbon and C5in the feedstock dry gas in the light hydrocarbon recovery unit,the refrigerant dryer plays the function of removing them.Long-period operation caused corrosion and leakage of the dryer,which can cause the dryer working efficiency deterioration.Mastering the principle of the dryer and improving the operating condition can timely eliminate fault,improve the removing effect of the dryer,and ensure the long-period operation.
