箱式光伏并网一体化电站的开发

摘要 为解决传统土建式光伏电站占用土地面积大、建设周期长及成本高问题,开发研制了一套1 MW箱式光伏并网一体化电站。介绍了其工作原理及一体化设计流程,该箱式变电站采用"一"字式排布方式及空调加排风机的散热方式,使其具有较高的功率密度且拥有良好的运行环境;根据其所需完成的汇流、逆变、升压、并网等功能对主电路中各模块进行设计及选型实现;经现场实验,验证了系统设计方案,实现了光伏并网电站建设的集约化及标准化。 In order to solve the problems of large occupied land area,long construction period and high cost of traditional construction photovoltaic power station,a set of1MW box-type photovoltaic grid connected integrated power station has been developed.Introduction was made to its working principle and integrated design flow.This box-type substation adopted the heat-dissipating methods of"one"type arrangement and air conditioning with cooling fans,so that it had high power density with good operating environment.According to the required functions such as confluence,inverter,boosting and grid connected,this paper designed each module of main circuit and carried out the model selection.After the field experimentation,the system design scheme is verified,which realizes the intensive and standard construction of photovoltaic power station.
