摘要
目的了解医院药房自动化实施后对患者满意度的影响。方法建立患者满意度评价的指标,通过问卷调查收集患者满意度情况的数据。结果通过对2016年在吉林地区收集的221份调查数据进行分析,发现患者对应用自动发药系统的医院药房的排队取药时间、工作效率、取药次序、取药准确率方面均有较高满意度,对药房自动化总体满意程度较高。结论药房自动化的实施相比人工发药服务具备更高的患者满意水平,提高了药房的工作效率。
Objective To investigate the patients’satisfaction on effect of automation hospital pharmacy.Methods The index of patients’satisfaction was established,and the data of patients’satisfaction degree was collected through questionnaire survey.Results Through the analysis of221survey data collected in Jilin area in2016,we found that patients were satisfied with the time,efficiency,order and the accuracy of drug delivery in the hospital pharmacy of automatic drug delivery system.And the overall satisfaction of the pharmacy automation had been higher than traditional hospital.Conclusion The level of patients’satisfaction of pharmacy automation was higher than artificial pharmacy.And it can improre the work efficiency of the pharmacy.
