摘要
目的:探讨手法复位外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:收治桡骨远端骨折患者65例并采用手法复位外固定治疗,记录并分析其患肢消肿时间,复位前后掌倾角、尺偏角,骨折愈合时间、患肢恢复情况。结果:经过复位后掌倾角、尺偏角均得到较好的改善,与复位前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨折平均愈合时间(37.2±10.1)d;依照Diens评定患肢功能恢复情况,优良率92.31%。结论:手法复位外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折操作简单、疗效确切、费用低。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of manipulative reduction and external fixation for distal radius fractures.Methods:65cases of distal radius fractures were selected.They were treated with manipulative reduction and external fixation.The time of swelling of the affected limb,the angle of inclination and ulnar deviation before and after reduction,the healing time of the fracture and the recovery of the affected limb were recorded and analyzed.Results:After the reduction treatment,palmar tilt,ulnar deviation were improved,and the difference had statistical significance compared with before the reduction treatment(P<0.05);the average healing time of fracture is(37.2±10.1)d;according to the Diens assessment of limb function recovery,the excellent rate was92.31%.Conclusion:Manipulative reduction and external fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures are simple,effective and low cost.
