摘要
目的:探讨急性阑尾炎在普外科治疗的效果。方法:收治阑尾炎患者32例,对患者的临床表现进行回顾性分析。结果:32例患者结合了影像学检查后,诊断准确率90.63%;外科手术治疗成功率100%;手术后出现出血1例,感染1例。结论:在进行手术之前,对急性阑尾炎患者进行影像学检查,针对诊断的情况采用普外科手术的方式治疗,可减少各类并发症的产生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of acute appendicitis in the department of general surgery.Methods:32cases of appendicitis were treated,and the clinical manifestations of the patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:32cases were combined with imaging examination,and the diagnostic accuracy was90.63%.The success rate of surgical treatment was100%.Postoperative bleeding occurred in1case,infection in1case.Conclusion:Before the operation,imaging examination were given for patients with acute appendicitis,taken general surgery operation method according to the diagnosis,to reduce the occurrence of various complications.
