摘要
目的:探讨子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声消融治疗的近期疗效与优越性。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者74例,分为对照组和超声消融组。对照组采用药物保守治疗,超声消融组采取高强度聚焦超声消融治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:超声消融组痛经、尿频、失眠改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。超声消融组治疗后子宫肌瘤大小变化、子宫体积变化、月经量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声消融治疗的近期疗效确切,可有效缩小肌瘤和子宫,促进月经恢复正常,改善临床症状和失眠,无明显并发症。
Objective:To explore the short term efficacy and superiority of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation for uterine fibroids.Methods:74patients with uterine fibroids were selected.They were divided into the control group and the ultrasound ablation group.The control group was treated with conservative drug treatment,and the ultrasound ablation group was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the ultrasound ablation group,the improvement rates of dysmenorrhea,frequent urination and insomnia were significantly higher those that of the control group(P<0.05).In the ultrasound ablation group,after treatment,the size change of uterine fibroids,uterine volume changes,menstrual volume were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The short term efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation for uterine fibroids was exact.It can effectively reduce fibroids and uterus,promote menstruation to return to normal,improve clinical symptoms and insomnia,and there was no obvious complications.
