摘要
阻生牙是指在颌骨内由于位置不当,不能萌出到正常咬合位置的牙。最常见的阻生牙是下颌第三磨牙。阻生牙由于其解剖生理因素很容易藏污纳垢,滋生细菌,引起口臭、龋坏,当身体抵抗力下降时,常常会发生病变,如引起智齿冠周炎等。微创技术是通过贯彻微创理念,使用微创器械和方法,尽可能地减少治疗过程中的组织损伤,减少并发症,使患者获得最小的损伤和最快的恢复。微创不仅包括生理微创,还包括心理微创。微创拔牙术缩短了手术时间,减少了术后并发症的发生,给病人更好的舒适感,是当前临床应用拔除阻生牙特别是拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的热点,也是当前临床的研究热点。本文主要就微创拔牙术在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除中的应用、及其与传统拔牙术之间的比较作一综述。
The impacted teeth are the teeth that due to improper location in the jaw or can not erupt to the normal position of the adorable occlusion.The mandibular third molars are the most common impacted teeth.The impacted teeth because of their anatomical and physiological factors are easy to breed bacteria,causing shelter evil people and countenance evil practices,halitosis,caries.When our body’s resistance drops,the impacted teeth often cause the disease,such as pericoronitis.Minimally invasive technique is through the implementation of minimally invasive surgery,minimally invasive devices and methods of use,as far as possible to reduce tissue damage during treatment to reduce the complications,so that patients get the minimum damage and the fastest recovery.Minimally invasive includes not only the physical but also psychological.Minimally invasive extraction can shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and give the patient better comfort.Now minimally invasive is not only the hot of current clinical application of impacted teeth especially the impacted mandibular third molars,but also the current clinical research focus.This paper mainly summarizes the minimally invasive extraction of impacted mandibular third molar extraction and compares it with traditional tooth extraction.
