摘要
利用2009-2015年全国高校毕业生就业调查数据,对高校毕业生行业收入差距的成因和变化趋势进行了探讨。主要发现有:第一,行业收入差距主要体现在行业间,且存在扩大趋势;第二,人口统计学特征、人力资本异质性和工作特征是解释行业收入差距的重要原因,在排除这些变量影响后,只有IT和金融业存在显著的工资溢价;第三,与具有相似几率进入IT和金融业却未进入的毕业生相比,进入IT和金融业的毕业生的工资起薪至少显著高15%(约750元/月);第四,Oaxaca-Blinder收入差距成因分解结果再次证明特征相似的毕业生仅仅因为进入新兴行业而获得显著高出17.6%的工资,和"一对一近邻匹配"输出结果十分接近,且学历越高的毕业生进入非新兴行业的机会成本越大。
Based on the survey data of the graduates’employment of Chinese higher education institutions from2009to2015,this paper analyzed the trend and influence factors of graduates’inter-industry wage differentials.The results show that,1)the wage gap mainly exists between industries,and there is an expanding trend;2)demographic characteristics,heterogeneity of human capital and job characteristics are all the important factors to explain the interindustry wage differentials.After controlling these three factors,only IT and finance industry exist a significant wage premium;3)compared with graduates who with similar possibilities coming into IT and finance industry but did not enter them,those graduates had been entering IT and finance industry at least earn more than15%(about750RMB/month);4)the result of Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition shows again that similar graduates may earn more than17.6%salary if they enter emerging industries(IT and Finance),which is tally with the result of“one to one match”in PSM.And the higher the degree of graduates is,the greater of opportunity cost of entering non-emerging industry will be.
