全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液在实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影中的应用

摘要 目的探讨实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影检查过程中应用全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液的应用价值。方法选取2015年12月~2017年5月期间前来榆林市榆阳区人民医院接受实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影检查的94例患者,造影剂选用全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液。指定高年资、专科临床影像学医务人员完成相关操作,记录94例患者实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影检查结果。结果94例患者检查成功率100.00%,其中149根通畅(79.26%)、23根通而不畅(12.23%)、16根堵塞(8.51%)。检查过程中无肠穿孔、骶丛神经损伤等严重不良反应发生。结论三维超声造影检查子宫输卵管病变时选择全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液作为造影剂的有效性、安全性均较优,有利于提高患者疾病检出率、保障其疗效及预后。 Objective To investigate the specific value of perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection in real-time three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound of uterus and fallopian tubes.Methods94patients from December2015to May2017were examined by real-time three-dimensional ultrasound,and perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection was used as contrast agent.The medical imaging personnel were assigned to the department of clinical imaging,and the results of real-time three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound in94patients were recorded.Results The examined success rate in94patients was100.00%.Among this149(79.26%)fallopian tubes were unobstructed,23smooth root through the poor(12.23%),16(8.51%)fallopian tubes are not unobstructed.There were no serious adverse reactions occurred during the examination,such as intestinal perforation,sacral plexus injury and other serious.Conclusion It is safe and effective to choose Perfluoropropanealbumin microsphere injection as contrast agent in the diagnosis of uterine tubal lesions by three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.It is helpful to improve the detection rate of disease,protect the curative effect and improve the prognosis.
