参麦注射液联合吉西他滨和顺铂治疗肺腺癌的疗效及对CT净增值的影响

摘要 目的探讨参麦注射液、吉西他滨、顺铂联合治疗肺腺癌的临床应用效果及对CT净增值的影响情况。方法选取陕西省榆林市中医医院于2015年2月~2017年3月期间收治的96例肺腺癌患者,经随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗,研究组经吉西他滨、顺铂化疗基础上加用参麦注射液,记录2组治疗前后CT净增值变化情况。结果2组治疗前CT净增值对比差异无统计学意义;治疗后研究组肺腺癌患者CT净增值下降幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗基础上,为肺腺癌患者加用参麦注射液可显著提高其CT净增值下降幅度,对保障其疗效、预后具有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenmai injection,gemcitabine and cisplatin in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma and its influence on the net increment of CT.Methods96patients with lung adenocarcinoma selected from February2015to March2017were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with48cases in each group.The control group was given gemcitabine combined with cisplatin chemotherapy,and the study group received Shenmai Injection on the basis of gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy.The changes of CT net value before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in CT net increment between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the decrease in CT net value of lung adenocarcinoma patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin,the use of Shenmai injection in patients with lung adenocarcinoma can significantly increase the decrease of CT net value,which has positive significance for the protection of the curative effect and prognosis.
