摘要
中央政策的指引和推动,为公共图书馆与其他业态的融合发展提供了契机。公共图书馆的现代治理、社会力量参与公共文化服务、政府促进文化消费为公共图书馆与其他业态的融合发展创造了条件。在公共图书馆与其他业态融合发展的过程中,彰显出公共图书馆的主导地位、公共图书馆职能的拓展、运营资本来源的众多、社会化管理的多元一体以及活动空间设计感强等特点,且公共图书馆要着力推动以阅读推广为主要内容的总分馆服务体系、打造以书为媒的综合服务平台、拓宽阅读推广人队伍、促进阅读链条的文化消费等,在努力增加"造血"功能的同时,使其在全民阅读过程中切实发挥中流砥柱的作用。
With the guidance and promotion of the central policies,the development environment has become good for the integration of public libraries and other service providers.The modern governance of public libraries,the social forces participating in public cultural services,and the government promoting cultural consumption have provided the opportunity for the integration.During the process of integrated development between public libraries and other service providers,the dominant position of public libraries,the broadened functions of public libraries,the multiple working capital sources,the diversity and unity of socialized management,the stronger sense of designing about activity spaces have been emerged.Developing the service system of the main and the branches related to reading promotion,creating the integrated service platform for reading books,widening the reading promoters’teams,accelerating the reading-related cultural consumption,etc.,and making an effort to increase the innovation function should be put forward in the public libraries,which make the public libraries become the valuable role of chief cornerstone and leader in the process of national reading.
