摘要
目的探讨综合护理在子宫内膜异位症患者中的应用效果。方法 64例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分成对照组及观察组,各32例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组实施综合护理措施。对比两组患者的护理效果和临床护理满意度评分。结果观察组患者的护理满意度评分为(92.13±2.57)分,高于对照组的(81.24±3.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者给予综合护理可提高临床护理效果,确保手术治疗成功率,改善患者的预后。
Objective To discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing applied in endometriosis.Methods A total of64endometriosis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with32cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Comparison were made on nursing effect and clinical satisfaction score in two groups.Results The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction score as(92.13±2.57)points than(81.24±3.12)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher nursing total effective rate as100.00%than81.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for endometriosis patients can improve clinical nursing effect,ensure the success rate of operation treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.
