基于模块化仿真的酒柜均温设计方案与实验验证 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高压缩机制冷酒柜空间温度分布的均匀性,本文提出了一种基于模块化仿真的酒柜均温设计方法。首先该方法将酒柜整体风道按功能划分为酒柜空气温度场模块和风道系统模块,然后根据均温设计要求对各模块进行优化设计,最后通过计算风道流量阻力特性对风道系统进行性能校核。实验验证表明,本文提出的基于模块化仿真的设计方法可用于实际酒柜设计,酒柜空间内温差范围控制在2℃以内。 To improve the temperature uniformity in compressor wine cabinet,a modular simulation method for wine cabinet design is presented.Firstly,the air system in wine cabinet is divided into a module of air temperature field and a module of air duct according to the function;secondly,the design of each module is optimized based on the target of temperature uniformity;thirdly,the performance of each module is verified by the calculation of characteristics of air duct resistance and flow rate.It is experimentally verified that the proposed modular simulation method can be used to design wine cabinet,and the temperature difference range in the wine cabinet is controlled within2oC.
