摘要
行业协会的外部治理在于理顺其与外部利益相关者的关系。行业协会信任关系的建立受其外部治理框架的影响。行业协会与外部利益相关者之间关系的治理与协调,是行业协会信任和认同的重要来源。行业协会外部治理结构的重构必须以构建良好的信任关系为目标。为此,政府应做好制度供给,行业协会应不断自我完善,社会化的监督机制的建立也是不可或缺的一部分。
The external governance of industry associations is to straighten its relationship with external stakeholders.Trust relationship of industry association is affected by the external governance framework.The governance and coordination between industry associations and their external stakeholders are the important sources of trust and identification among industry associations.Building a good trust relationship should be the first goal for the reconstruction of Industry Association external governance structure.Therefore,the government should do a good job of institutional supply,industry associations should constantly improve themselves,and the establishment of social supervision mechanism is also an integral part.
