钢丝环扎联合加长PFNA治疗股骨粗隆下骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经皮钢丝环扎联合加长PFNA治疗粗隆下骨折的安全性和临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2011年2月-2014年3月治疗的21例股骨粗隆下骨折患者,所有患者先采用小切口C形钢丝导引器导引,使用钢丝环扎维持骨折对位,再使用加长PFNA固定,术后X线评估骨折对位对线情况,术后并发症,患肢功能恢复情况,以及骨折愈合时间,尤其是骨折延迟愈合和骨不连病例。结果:本组术后X线片显示21例骨折端获得良好复位。术后所有患者获得10~25个月随访,平均13个月,未发现骨折不愈合和延迟愈合病例,未发现感染病例,末次随访按髋关节Harris功能评分:优16例,良3例,可2例,优良率为91%。结论:钢丝环扎操作安全、简单,能有效维持骨折复位,不影响骨折愈合,是治疗股骨粗隆下骨折的良好方法。 Objective:To explore the safety and curative effect of percutaneous wire cerclage plus lengthen PFNA on subtrochanteric fracture.Methods:21cases from February2011to March2014were retrospectively analyzed,and received small incision C-shaped wire guide;wire ring was used to maintain fracture alignment;then the extended PFNA fixed was carried out.Results:21cases were well reset after X-ray.All patients were followed up for10to25months,with an average of13months,showed no recurrence,delayed healing cases and infection cases.In the last followed-up,there was excellent in16cases,good in3cases,effective in2cases,and91%of excellent by hip Harris function scores.Conclusion:Percutaneous wire cerclage was safe and simple method to maintain the fracture reduction and does not affect the healing of the fracture,is good to treat the fracture of the femur.
