摘要
目的:分析身痛逐瘀汤治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床疗效。方法:本院通过电脑随机分组方式,选取风湿寒性关节痛患者72例为本研究对象,常规组36例给予单纯针灸治疗,研究组36例给予针灸联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗。对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%(33/36),常规组治疗总有效率为77.78%(28/36),研究组效果显著优于常规组(P<0.05),差异具备统计学意义。结论:身痛逐瘀汤联合针灸治疗风湿寒性关节痛效果显著,可进一步提升整体治疗率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Shentong Zhuyu decoction on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of72patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected by computerized grouping,including36patients in the study group and36patients in the conventional group.The conventional group was given pure acupuncture;the study group was given acupuncture plus the Shentong Zhuyu decoction.Results:The total efficiency was91.67%(33/36)in the study group and77.78%(28/36)in the conventional group.The effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The Shentong Zhuyu decoction plus acupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis showed significant effects,can further enhance the overall treatment rate,and is worthy of clinical application.
